2010 SOUTH METRO DEVELOPMENT OUTLOOK


The Collaborative Firm, an Atlanta based land use planning and real estate development firm, has been hosting South Metro Development Outlook since 2003. This annual conference convenes professionals with an interest in fostering smart growth in South Metropolitan Atlanta with emphasis on the following seven counties: Clayton, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, Henry, South Fulton and Spalding Counties. The forum continues to grow in participation and content each year, and has attracted over 4,000 attendees since inception.

The 2010 South Metro Development Outlook Conference will be more important than ever, focusing on critical topics relevant to the changing economy and tenuous real estate market. This year’s theme is A New Decade…A New Direction. During the general sessions, noted experts on the economy, stimulus plans and real estate development will provide valuable insight on current and future trends and challenges in South Metropolitan Atlanta. In addition, the forum will also include presentations on current market trends, green sustainability initiatives and updates from city and county leaders in the designated seven county areas.
